Skinny Irish Coffee

Hello, readers! It’s St. Patrick’s Day, and what better way to combine our love of caffeine and boozy holidays than with a coffee and whiskey drink recipe? We decided to give this classic a slim makeover by stripping it down and making a healthier, all-natural whipped cream topping, thanks to a recipe from The View From Great Island. By using this fat-free version (at only 7 calories per tablespoon!), we were able to cut out the excess cream and sugar.

And, bonus: The entire recipe for the cream is only 5 Weight Watchers PointsPlus points*, making it about 0 points per tablespoon, depending on how many dollops you dollop. And, double bonus: That would make the point total for each drink around 2 points. Sláinte!

Note: These aren’t as sugary as your typical Irish coffees, because we wanted something lighter and more health conscious. Add agave (or your favorite sweetener) for something a little sweeter.
